The Best Healthy Morning Routine Habits

There are lot of healthy habits that you could add it to your morning routine. Let go through a little bit of inspiration of things that you might like to add it to your morning routine and feel much better.

The fast habit is to wake up at least 15 minutes earlier than your regular wake up time. And the reason that you should do this is because it gives your body a chance to wake up slowly. There’s nothing worse than that rush feeling in the morning, so, start  waking up considerably earlier than what you need to, so that you can have a chance to do whatever you want. That might be reading, writing, playing, watching TV, drinking coffee, just sitting on the couch… You can do whatever you like and it gives your body a chance to slowly wake up and ease into the day and you feel a lot better. 

The second habit is to, of course have a healthy breakfast. A nutritious and delicious breakfast to get the day off to the right start! Skipping breakfast is pretty harmful habit which often lead to high blood pressure, high cholesterol… If you are out of time, preparing super fast and easy breakfast is the right choose. Simply, a pudding can be great idea, because you can make them the night before, and then you add some fruit on. Or some smoothie options, because that’s another really easy way for a healthy breakfast. It will take you a few minutes until breakfast is served.

 The third habit is, to be both creative and organized. And the best part is you can do them at the same time. It’s really important to take time each day to plan everything out but, also give yourself a little bit of downtime to be creative. So, in the mornings, get your coffee, sit and plan out your day, and also do it in a creative way so that you are relaxed and putting your energy into something that’s quite positive but also getting everything on track.

 The next habit it is to have a cleaning ritual. Simply, unpack all the dishes from the previous night and put away the dish rack and then wipe down the benches, then you can get on with making your tea or your coffee or whatever else it is that you need to do. But it’s nice to do a little bit of cleaning in the morning because it’s going to help you stay on top of your cleaning but also make you feel like you’ve got straight in and achieve something and it being productive straight away. For you it could be putting away the dishes pack in the dishwasher, unpacking the dishwasher, wiping down the benches of maybe doing some vacuuming. There’s a whole range of little tasks that you could do to make yourself feel more productive in the morning.

The fifth habit is to get your body moving in the morning. A really easy way to do so is stretching. It is really great for your flexibility, it is good for blood flow to your muscles and it’s also a stress reliever. So it’s really good for you to start your day off on the right foot and if you want to be a little bit more intense you could do a full time work out. You could do some yoga for example. It’s up to you, but, it’s really important to get your body moving in the morning.
